世界一流空军

中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席习近平11月8日出席庆祝空军成立70周年主题活动时强调，要努力把人民空军全面建成世界一流空军。
President Xi Jinping on Friday called for efforts to fully build the People's Liberation Army (PLA) Air Force into a world-class air force. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission (CMC), made the requirement while attending an event celebrating the 70th founding anniversary of the PLA Air Force.

军委基层建设会议11月8日至10日在京召开。中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席习近平出席会议并发表重要讲话。他强调，加强新时代我军基层建设，是强军兴军的根基所在、力量所在。全军要发扬优良传统，强化改革创新，推动我军基层建设全面进步全面过硬。
President Xi Jinping underscored the importance of giving play to the fine traditions of the People's Liberation Army and stepping up reforms and innovations to boost the development of the armed forces at a primary level. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, spoke in Beijing at a conference on the development of the PLA that began on Friday and concluded on Sunday. "Strengthening military construction at the primary level in the new era is where the root and strength for strengthening and revitalizing the armed forces lie," Xi said.

The primary level is the foundation of all the military's work and combat capability. The Party has always attached great significance to military construction at the primary level. Soldiers at the primary level have made important contributions in enabling the military to become both big and strong, and in securing one victory after another. The principle of relying on and strengthening the military at the primary level must never be neglected no matter how the situation changes.

中共中央办公厅印发《2019－2023年全国党员教育培训工作规划》，要求各地区各部门从2019年开始，用5年时间，把全体党员普遍轮训一遍。党员教育培训的重点是坚定理想信念、增强党性观念、提升能力素质。
The General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee has published a work plan for strengthening education and training of Party members. Starting from 2019, a five-year education campaign will be launched to ensure that all CPC members will receive Party training focusing on strengthening their ideals, sense of Party consciousness and competence, according to the plan.

世界一流港口 

world-class ports
交通运输部、国家发改委等9个部门联合印发《关于建设世界一流港口的指导意见》。《意见》提出，到2035年，主要港口总体达到世界一流水平；到2050年，形成若干个世界级港口群，发展水平位居世界前列。
Nine government agencies including the Ministry of Transport and the National Development and Reform Commission released a guideline to accelerate the building of world-class ports. By 2035, major ports should advance to world-class levels and by 2050, several world-class port clusters should be formed, with leading development levels, according to the guideline.
