近日，国务院安委会办公室、应急管理部发出通知称，随着疫情防控的常态化，要加强安全生产。根据通知，各地区要在组织复工复产的同时，扛起加强安全管理的责任。

Workplace safety should be enhanced as epidemic prevention and control becomes a regular practice, said a circular issued by the Office of the Work Safety Commission under the State Council and the Ministry of Emergency Management. Local authorities are required to shoulder responsibilities in strengthening safety management while organizing work resumption and production, according to the circular.

生命重于泰山。各级党委和政府务必把安全生产摆到重要位置，树牢安全发展理念，绝不能只重发展不顾安全，更不能将其视作无关痛痒的事，搞形式主义、官僚主义。

Life is of paramount importance. Party committees and governments at all levels should put workplace safety high on the agenda and promote safe development. Pursuing development regardless of safety or considering safety insignificant are not allowed. Formalism and bureaucratism should be avoided.

外交部表示，目前正在向中国留学人员比较集中的国家调配50万份“健康包”，包括1100多万个口罩、50万份消毒用品以及防疫指南等物资。

The Foreign Ministry is allocating 500,000 "health kits" to countries hosting overseas Chinese students, including over 11 million face masks, 500,000 epidemic prevention materials and guidelines, said the ministry.

海南自由贸易港

Hainan free trade port

我国将加快推进海南自由贸易港建设，推动海南省形成全面开放新格局。通过自贸试验区的建设，海南省大大提升了国际开放度。2019年，海南自贸试验区新增外资企业数量和实际利用外资增速均超过100%。

无症状感染者

我国已加强对新冠病毒无症状感染者的检测、报告及管理，要求全国各地的医疗机构在2小时内报告新增无症状感染者病例，24小时内完成无症状感染者的个案流行病学调查。

China has strengthened the detection, reporting and management of asymptomatic coronavirus carriers. Medical institutions across the country are ordered to report the infection within two hours of an asymptomatic case being found, and a case epidemiological investigation should be completed within 24 hours.
