普惠金融

Inclusive finance

为促进金融机构更好服务小微企业，国务院常务会议决定，将普惠金融在银行业金融机构分支行综合绩效考核指标中的权重提升至10%以上，鼓励加大小微信贷投放。
To encourage financial institutions to better serve micro and small businesses, the State Council’s executive meeting decided to raise the weight of inclusive finance to no less than 10 percent in the integrated performance evaluation of the branches and subsidiaries of financial institutions in the banking sector, to incentivize more lending to micro and small firms.

新型冠状病毒疫苗二期临床试验

Phase Ⅱ clinical trials of COVID-19 vaccines

我国已有三种新冠病毒疫苗进入二期临床试验，其中包括一种腺病毒疫苗和两种灭活疫苗，还需进行更多研究评估这三种疫苗的安全性和有效性。
Three COVID-19 vaccines - one adenovirus vector and two inactivated - have entered phase II clinical trials in China, and more research is needed to evaluate their safety and efficacy.

创业板注册制

Registration-based IPO system on ChiNext

4月27日，中央全面深化改革委员会第十三次会议审议通过了《创业板改革并试点注册制总体实施方案》。会议指出，推进创业板改革并试点注册制，是深化资本市场改革、完善资本市场基础制度、提升资本市场功能的重要安排。
China approved plans to reform ChiNext and pilot the registration-based IPO system on the second board. The plans were approved during the 13th meeting of the Central Commission for Comprehensively Deepening Reform on Monday. Promoting the reform of the ChiNext board and piloting the registration system are crucial arrangements for deepening capital market reforms, optimizing the capital market’s basic system, and improving capital market functions, according to the meeting.

要建设一个规范、透明、开放、有活力、有韧性的资本市场，完善资本市场基础性制度，把好市场入口和市场出口两道关，加强对交易的全程监管。
